Dr. Avida has over 19 yrs of combined clinical experience that includes Emergency, Urgent and General Medicine. Dr. Avida has expanded her breadth of practice to include board certification in Obesity Medicine, training in Metabolic and Functional Medicine and certification in massage therapy.

Carol has practiced medicine for over 15 years. She has worked in the areas of Family Medicine and Urgent Care. Carol is also an Army Veteran with a passion for Wellness-Herbal Medicine. Her motto is food will heal you or kill you.
